Тензодатчик CAS HBS-100L — это оригинальный измерительный элемент для платформенных и других промышленных весов CAS. Он обеспечивает стабильную и повторяемую регистрацию силы, устойчив к неблагоприятным условиям эксплуатации и рассчитан на длительную работу в производственных и складских процессах. Конструкция из коррозионностойких материалов и герметичное исполнение позволяют использовать датчик в местах с повышенной влажностью и загрязнённостью, включая пищевое, химическое и логистическое оборудование.

CAS HBS-100L применяется в платформенных весах, дозаторах, фасовочных линиях, конвейерных системах и измерительных стендах. Как понять, что тензодатчик вышел из строя

Постоянный дрейф нуля без нагрузки или невозможность установить ноль.
Заметная нестабильность показаний: «прыгающие» значения, шум, самопроизвольные скачки.
Сильная нелинейность: вес отличается в зависимости от того, увеличивается нагрузка или уменьшается.
«Ползучесть»: показания растут или уменьшаются при неизменной нагрузке.
Разная реакция при смещении груза по платформе (угловая ошибка выше обычной).
Физические признаки: повреждения корпуса, деформация, следы коррозии у ввода кабеля, намокание.
Ошибки подключения: обрыв или короткое замыкание в кабеле, нарушение изоляции.

Основные причины поломок

Перегрузка или ударные нагрузки при падении груза.
Боковые усилия, перекос платформы, кручение при неправильном монтаже.
Попадание влаги внутрь через повреждённый кабельный ввод или разгерметизацию.
Агрессивные химические среды без должной защиты.
Повреждение кабеля: защемление, перетирание, некачественная стыковка.
Электрические перенапряжения (в том числе после сварочных работ на раме без отключения электроники).
Длительная эксплуатация в выходящих за пределы норм условиях температуры.

Когда требуется замена

Если наблюдаются стойкий дрейф, значительная нелинейность, механическая деформация, следы коррозии внутри узла или нарушение герметичности, эффективный ремонт практически невозможен — тензодатчик необходимо заменить. При сомнениях целесообразно выполнить перекрёстную проверку: подключить заведомо исправный датчик к тому же индикатору и сравнить поведение системы.
